1月是既充实,又有些惶恐,时有对心悦.幸福成长空间内容打造进展缓慢的焦虑。但我也为自己骄傲,一直在日播马克.尼波的代表作《觉醒之旅-365天都市身心灵课》。在每天阅读此书的过程中,感知到回归真实和脚踏实地地生活,并不是随手信手拈来的,而是需要不断地觉察,并逐渐做到知行合一的状态。
